This morning I was not better and I had to take the day off. The kids were very good and on time. Lunch was a sandwich made the night before and toast and bananas for breakfast.
At 2pm I started to feel better, that was 24 hours after starting taking the antibiotics. What a difference a few hours can make.
I read a bit of MariaDB High Performance. I was still a bit tired but no more headaches!
I listened to a podcast episode of Remarkable People with Temple Grandin about visual thinking and I found it fascinating. I want to read the book but I held myself back from buying it because I already have a big pile of books I want to finish at home. So many things to know about, so little time.
I have a wooden box with cloth masks in the entrance. Maybe I can make a pennant garland with then. I could hang it in the patio. I like garlands, I find them very festive. There is a woman in Spain, Teresa Abaitua, that makes garlands and also decorations made out of wire that are very pretty.
For dinner today I cooked baked salmon and spinach with cream. Last weekend, when I was still more less functional, I made this easy ramen recipe. We all liked it.
And that’s it for today. I am going to take the antibiotic, go to sleep and hope to have a regular day tomorrow.
